Answers to most frequently asked questions

How to send the disc?
Discs can be delivered in person in our premises or send them by delivery service ( the disc should be well packed, protected with sponge, Styrofoam or similar depreciable materials. Note fragile on the package ). We can come and collect the disc with previous arrangement.
How much will data recovery cost?
After receiving the disc in our service, diagnostic is done and we call you to inform you of the disc’s condition and the further actions. The price is determined according to the problem. Diagnostic is free of charge. If data recovery is impossible no fee is charged.
How do I get data back?
When recovered, data is saved on our discs, according to the amount of the recovered data, the same are burned on CD/DVD or on a disc you provide.
What happens with my data?
We save data until you confirm that you have them, afterwards we erase them permanently with no option of recovery.
